Daytime Care
Movement Restoration Sessions (10am-6pm)
Daytime Movement Restoration Sessions are available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., giving you flexible options to book during standard hours. Whether you need a targeted 1-hour reset or a full-body 90-minute session, I’ll help release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance so you can move through your day with ease.
Evening Relief
Movement Restoration Sessions (6pm-11pm)
Evening sessions are available by appointment only, created for those who can’t make it during the day. Most people get off work after 6 p.m., and these extended hours make it easier to get the thorough care you need without rushing. Perfect for a 90-minute or 2-hour Movement Restoration Session to release stress, restore balance, and end your day with relief. Please note: since these sessions are by appointment only, availability is not guaranteed for the exact day you want — scheduling depends on how my week looks.
